All of my soap is made using the old fashioned cold process method and handcrafted in small batches or no more than 30 bars at one time. I've made it my goal to only use the best ingredients, from the most sustainably responsible sources, and strive wherever possible to use organic ingredients. Each bar is packed with skin loving ingredients - including premium oils; luxury butters like cocoa, Shea, mango and kokum butters, creamy milks, and mica or natural clays. They are scented with pure essential oils or phthalate free premium skin safe fragrance.
I began my journey into soapmaking because I have sensitive skin and found commercial soaps to be harsh and drying. Research led me to find that almost all commercial soaps have the glycerin removed. Glycerin is a humectant and naturally retains moisture in the skin. Unfortunately, this important ingredient is removed from commercial soaps to sell separately, and synthetic detergents are used instead. Natural soap helps with dry skin, oily skin, acne, sensitive or inflamed skin, eczema, psoriasis - and other skin conditions.
I wanted to control the ingredients that I used on my body and soon began making my own soaps, lotion, and hair products.
